“Notice of Requirements” for Megan Law / Sexual Offenders
This is intended to be legally binding between the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach and the guest.
When the following guest _________________________________ wishes to leave the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach facility for any reason, they need to be accompanied by a volunteer staff member, an assistant volunteer staff, an assistant volunteer or a person or persons approved by Bishop Wisor and the Just For Jesus Ministry. This is in order to protect the guest, Bishop Wisor and the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry. If this said guest is found to have left the facility without an approved person, law enforcement and the Just For Jesus Staff are to be contacted.
This will be in effect for as long as the guest is residing here at the Just For Jesus facility in Brockway. Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach is not responsible for any and all individual’s actions while at or away from the Just For Jesus facility. It is the Pennsylvania law enforcement’s and the judicial system’s under the Oath of Office required by our constitution to see to it all people are protected in our communities at all times without discriminating against any person.
If this said person should not be on our streets or in public, then it is our law enforcement’s / judicial system’s responsibility to see to it that they are properly placed!
Request for Immediate Action from the Megan Law / Sexual Offender Listed Below to The State Police
This is intended to be a legally binding document between the guest and the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry.
I __________________________ am in agreement that if I leave the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry property unattended without approved staff / assistant volunteer / volunteer / or person, that I am requesting that the DuBois Barracks of the Pennsylvania State Police be called immediately and I request that they immediately pick me up and transport me to the nearest jail for my own safety as a free man or woman, due to the stigma given to me by the legal system; and / or violating my parole by not abiding by the guidelines of the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry.
Therefore, I am requesting my constitutional right to be protected from the possible threatening and intimidating action or harm that may be brought upon my person by the community, because of the labeling that I have been stigmatized with.
This is found within the 14th Amendment Section 1 that states the following: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
This is also found within the 8th Amendment that states the following: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel punishment and unusual punishments inflicted.
Library Guidelines for Megan Law and Sexual Offenders
This is intended to be a legally binding document between the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry and the guest signed below.
I _____________________________, agree to the following guidelines when I wish to visit Brockway Library by my signature below.
I will not enter the library without volunteer staff / assistant volunteer staff / assistant volunteer / volunteer / or a person approved by Bishop Jack Wisor and the staff of Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry accompanying me.
I will not go downstairs where the kid’s and teen’s room are located.
I will not be on a library computer without the person accompanying me being right beside me.
The person accompanying me to the library is allowed to share with the library staff that I am there.
I also acknowledge that the fact that if I ever come into the library without being accompanied by one of the people named above, that the library staff is to immediately call the Du Bois State Police, as I have requested to be done whenever I leave the facility without being accompanied, and then the library staff are to call Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry at 265 – 0243.
I agree to hold harmless Bishop Jack Wisor, the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry, all volunteer staff / assistant volunteer staff / assistant volunteer / volunteer / person approved by Bishop Jack Wisor and the staff of the Just For Jesus Challenge Homeless Outreach Ministry for all my actions, and not hold them responsible for any actions while accompanying me any where.
